★Special boiled eggs
Eggs purchased from Yoshida Seika
Put the boiled egg yolks into a bowl and mash them, then season with mayonnaise, then add them back into the egg whites and sprinkle with black pepper.
★ Vinegared minced kelp
I bought the ground kelp at Hajime Suisan.
Boil the ground kelp briefly. Thinly slice the red bell pepper (homemade) and purple onion and soak them in salted water. Drain the water and place in the kelp. Place in a ziplock bag and pour in some simple vinegar or pickled radish vinegar. Leave in the refrigerator overnight. By the way, simple vinegar is too sweet, so adding regular vinegar is also good.
★ Okra with sesame dressing
Okra purchased from Inoue Farm 2 tablespoons ground sesame
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons white dashi
Cut the okra in half lengthwise and boil in salted water for about 2 minutes. Mix in the sesame seeds, sugar, and white dashi stock, then add the okra and mix.
Tomato
Yellow tomatoes purchased from Takeuchi Farm
The red tomatoes I grew from seedlings I bought are Carol Star tomatoes from Nenehachi Farm.
