★Meat-wrapped green peppers & meat-wrapped myoga ginger

Bell peppers and shiso: purchased from Inoue Farm
Myoga: Purchased from Michimi at the free sales area
Coat pork with salt, pepper and flour.
Add shredded bell peppers and roll up.
Myoga wrapped in meat
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour.
Top with shiso andmyoga and roll up.
Place the end of the roll face down and fry in a frying pan.
Season withsugar , soy sauce, and sake andsimmer until combined.
★Omelette
3 eggs purchased from Yoshida Kenso
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon noodle soup or white dashi
Make fried eggs as usual.
Wrap it in plastic wrap, place it on a rack andtie it with a rubber band.
Leave itfor 10 to 15 minutes.
★Pumpkin and Cheese Salad Pumpkin
Boil the pumpkin or microwavefor about 5 minutes.
Mash and season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Mix in small cubes of cheese.
Wrap inplastic wrapand make into a tea towel.
Stir-fried evening primrose and canned mackerel
Collect evening primrose seeds.
Once chopped, fry in oil.
Once softened, season withcannedmackerel in miso sauce, soy sauce, and mirin.
Add the green nanban and simmer.
