About Coffee Beans

Roasted coffee beans are roughly brown in color.
The brown ranges from light brown to brown to dark brown to almost pitch black.
Light brown colours have a strong sour taste, while the darker the brown, the more bitter the taste.

Sometimes people say, "I want coffee beans that aren't sour!"
If I had to describe it by color, it would be almost pitch black. There was no sourness to it, just bitterness.
I roast it until it's dark brown, so that it has both bitterness and acidity.

Whether you drink it on its own or pair it with a sweet cake, we aim to manufacture and sell coffee beans that are enjoyable for everyone.

Everyone has their own preferences, but when purchasing coffee beans, appearance can be a good guide to determine whether the beans will suit your taste.

What kind of coffee flavor do you like?

↓ I usually roast it to this color.
