●Shrimped carrots🥕
Carrot, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of noodle soup
1 tablespoon sake
A little sesame oil and pepper

After julienned the carrots
Stir fry lightly in boiled sesame oil for about 2 minutes, then add the beaten eggs and stir fry further. Add sake, noodle soup, salt and pepper and stir fry lightly.

●Simmered sweet nanban 🥒
Bring the water to a boil and add the Nanban, sugar, soy sauce, mirin,
Add the oyster sauce and simmer until the liquid is gone. Finally, add the bonito flakes and let them absorb the remaining liquid.

●Grilled Naganeki 😎
Brown the green onions and then place them in the green shiso dressing with ice.

●Spinach wrapped in bacon🥓
Lightly boil the spinach and drain it. Wrap it around the bacon, secure with a toothpick, and mix with mayonnaise and mustard.

● Bitter gourd tsukudani✨
500g bitter melon
50cc soy sauce
100g sugar
60cc vinegar
Remove the seeds from the bitter melon and slice them thinly. Boil in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Rinse in water, squeeze, and drain. Bring the soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar to a boil and simmer the bitter melon until the liquid has evaporated. Turn off the heat and add the bonito flakes and small sardines.
