Suki konbu (dried kelp)

1. Cut the ground kelp into bite-sized pieces. 2. Quickly dip in boiling water and drain in a colander. 3. Season with granulated Chinese soup stock, grated garlic, sesame oil, salt and pepper. 4. Add roasted sesame seeds and mix (suki kelp).
