Koshiabura Mixed Rice
B-1 Purchased from Masayuki Yoshida
① Trim the tough parts of the Koshiabura and blanch in boiling water for about 1 minute.
② Soak in water for about 5 minutes, drain, and finely chop.
③ Heat sesame oil in a pan, stir-fry the chopped Koshiabura, season with mirin, soy sauce, and sugar, then add sesame seeds and dried shrimp and lightly stir-fry.
④ Mix the stir-fried Koshiabura with rice.
